We require a trip deposit of USD 295(airfare KTM-LXA) for confirmation of all bookings. The balance payment must be paid in full before trip departure.

Tickets once issued are subject to 35% cancellation charge if cancelled for any whatsoever reason.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellation must be made in person by those booking locally & for those booking from overseas cancellation notice must be sent in writing & cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
a) Till 30 days before the tour date - 10 % of the rate
b) Till 14 days before the tour date - 15 % of the rate
c) Till 7 days before the tour date - 50 % of the rate

less than 7 days or cancellation without notice - No refund

Note: As per CSWA regulation there is 35% cancellation charge if air ticket is once issued & cancelled for whatsoever reason. Please note: this cancellation charge is strictly enforced by CSWA.

Note: It should be understood, that tours to Lhasa are exclusively controlled by the Chinese authorities and therefore, clients should accept that a general flexibility is needed for adventure travel of this type & Insight Nepal or its foreign operators will in no way be responsible for sudden change in the fixed itinerary when in Tibet.
